An Open Window Kind Of Day

A good time to flush out
that last breath of Winter
and even Spring
the way the thermometer’s going
And screw today’s predicted humidity
won’t be long
there’ll be an AC humming
in every upstairs window
Boxed in for another Summer
let the onslaught begin!
