It’s ok to Live Again

by James Zealy

Uptown strolling
On a lovely May day
Artistic visually streaming
An older soul Saying

it’s okay to live again
And enjoy the scenes
From other's pleasure pain
Where event's displayed

Evoke a voice once stale
From its dormant pale hue
Triggered by a fragrant
Flower painted true

Authored music scored
Humor and laughter
Easing sadness and fear stoked
My life decisions staffed

With decisions aboard
My psyche as unwanted riders
Depart from my virtual transport
As my feet energetically stride

Today there is solace
Today there is relief
Today has its compass
Today has its peace
