The point of all this being
false Spring is over
blizzard moving in to the NCR
though nothing compared to the shellacking
the maritimes have been getting
sad to see the coloured houses of St. John’s
buried to the upstairs windows
unlike those postcard travel commercials
they show on TV

But
March and Spring are just over a month away
El Niño is weakening
what will happen next?
progressing April to May
as the meteorologists continuously
fill the empty boxes in their computers
with fresh data
hourly updates
broadcasted
coast to coast to coast
