Of course
it can mean any number of things
both concrete
and abstract

One could be moving in
boxes unpacked
contents placed
in their proper location / positioning

Or one could be moving out
after folding and taped
boxes ready to be filled
with one’s earthly belongings

While other things best dispatched
to the waste basket
while boxes emptied and filled
in the warehouse of memory

But before any of this takes place
only once the tiny boxes of to do list
checked off in the mind
