Barely a sprinkling of snow this year
Compared to ‘73
And like last winter
Maybe the canal won’t be open
For skating on the world’s longest
Man-made swimming pool

Imagine that
One of the positives of climate change?
A winter country without winter
Makes one wonder
And worry
What the summer of ’24 will bring
