Oliver

by Chris Sorrenti

A new cat acquaintance, apparently of the Turkish Van breed, courtesy of friend, Dawn.

Don’t let that cute expression fool you...he’s a killer! You might say we had a physical argument, and he won.

Oliver and I had already met once...with good results. This second time however, Dawn asked me to bring him inside from the back yard. I undid his leash, and then reached forward to pick him up. As soon as I grabbed him, he lunged at me, burying his teeth deep into my right forearm. My own damn fault I guess for rushing a good thing.

The wounds continue to heal nicely, with no apparent infection.

Cat bites can be nasty - glad you're healing well. Good looking cat.
