All narcotics have left the building
opiates, codeine
a 20 year marriage to Lady Lorazepam
ended on good terms
down to acetaminophen/cannabis
to resolve physical and mental pain
the knee grows stronger day by day
though still throbs intermittently some nights

Looking forward to
appointment with a new doctor tomorrow
Brigitte wants to get together on the weekend
despite a busy schedule
union gal it turns out
shop steward for her Metro
as she once did at Air Canada before retired
and like Toronto the Ottawa stores may go on strike
