are coming today
all school buses cancelled

Freezing rain
memories of another ice storm
that crippled the region
for weeks
today 10-35mm predicted
at wind chill -12
till it warms up late afternoon

As with March
sometimes
April has come in like a lion

Waiting patiently for May flowers
