scooped up
with the snap of a lens

Digitalized for posterity
harvest sorted into its own
records management system

What else is a retired
organizational genius
to do?

But be thankful
for this new kind of preservation
a fresh category of high

As long as the camera and photographer
keep working
poems will still come
