No place on Earth is really safe
if the Cancer don’t get you
then the lunatics...or aliens surely will
judging by the daily newscast
alternative and mainstream

For as we all know
safety is an illusion
easily shattered
so can there ever really be
a safer line of work?

Yet still we manage to find
little pockets of security
with loved ones and friends
hold them to our hearts
as much and as long as possible

As good as it gets
