Dare I say it again?
everybody’s stressed to the tits
(men and women)
what with all that’s going on

As in the pandemic
I sleep a lot these days
my only real escape
up and down
like the 8th wave
rolling over us

Remember kids
if you can’t fight it
go with the current
best thing to do
close your eyes
breathe deeply
let the sandman in
maybe we’ll see each other
in our dreams
