In a moment of meditation
Stopped to catch my breath
Through the rush of life
I see things
Difficult to believe
Glitches in the matrix

Lost patches albeit short
In the space-time continuum
As if watching a film
With frames missing
Yet barely noticeable
To the unwary eye

On Jeopardy
An answer given
But the response
Not in the form of a question
Host lets it go through
Without calling it
Not the first time
I’ve seen this happen

Or are the editors
Unknowingly playing trickster?
The occasional question cut out
To allow room for a commercial
Though not enough removed
To make a difference
Go figure
