Day 2
of the lifting

I ask around at all my usual stores
everybody’s cool with the idea
though the majority
keep theirs on for now
Including me

Public transit and taxis
It’s still mandatory
If not plain wise
strange bodies in close proximity
let us not speak moistly
as Justin Trudeau once said

It will take some time
getting used to this new nakedness
you’d think we were showing
one another our rear ends

And maybe some of us are
lol
