Seems almost too good to be

Awoken from the nightmare
Dream come reality
A different kind of surreal when it first started

Fully vaccinated can attend small gatherings
With others of the same ilk or partially vaccinated
No mask or social distancing required

Those half-vaccinated
Can go ahead and apply for their second
Even if already scheduled for a later date

Maybe this Rip Van Winkle
Won’t have to sleep another twenty years
After all
