I found my gift at age 15
(some would argue, even younger)
and have been giving it away ever since

At 63
I sometimes feel as though I’ve given away too much
then another part me says, “No, not enough”

The trick has always been to find the balance
honed with practice, experience…wisdom…
the help of others

Accumulated over almost 50 years
and though sometimes running out of things to say
thankfully, inspiration is the ultimate renewable resource

the gift that keeps on giving...
