My computer talks to me
subtle changes
in how it whirrs
clicks and hums
tells me
when I’m about to lose
the Internet
and when it’s
about to come back

It’s best to always listen
to your computer
for it’s never wrong
but like a car
too often
taken for granted
until it’s gone
