I've known you so long, Elizabeth, so I toast your darling Philip's passing, sipping tea from tea cup painted with your crowned likeness brimming (boiling water, of course!) with memories, bought by Mother for your 1953 coronation and what would possess a Yankee to souvenir a Royal but for this very moment, this century, this kind of commitment when we try to remain calm and carry on
