As unfortunately we can’t legislate stupidity
Bubbles for living this and that
Teachers and teaching now have Pandemic Pods

Windsor Ontario and area still in stage 2
Due to migrant workers infected
A lot of our food comes from there

As if 2020 hasn’t already been strange enough
Mystery seeds from China...denies
Russian ship loaded with ammonium nitrate
Blows up Beirut harbor

Everywhere but South Korea it seems
Fighting some kind of breakout
Brazil and US a mess
Canada holding its own
Borders still closed

No vaccine until 2021
Countries already posturing
As to who will be first

Writing this poem has left me only
With more COVID Fatigue
So I’ll go back to just being happy and nice
