in my brain
under my skin
scratching
scraping
annoying
painful
sculpting me into shapes
I don’t want to be

but how did it get there?
the world around me put it there

and every time I go out
physically
electronically
I bring home more
against my will

it’s happening to everyone
driving us crazy
oh God!
please take it away!!!!!!
