In fact bother on as much as ya like
You’re a reassuring distraction
In a world gone mad
Though I like going crazy with you
In a playful way
From rotary to push button
Cursive to keyboard
An essence from the past
That still haunts me
In a pleasant way
Who would have imagined?
All those decades ago
But let’s not go there
When the future calls out to both of us
