What is this fullness
vibrating inside and out?
quickly expanded upon
rediscovered global din

in chemistry’s silence
a distant thunder
once reverberating off
elementary school halls

a hairy creative animal
where a comfortable void
once protected
though artificial and dangerous

once more permeates
within these cranium walls
and this new/old danger indeed
has a beauty all its own
