I wanted to post a new poem
to and for you today
but all I have left
are a couple of very personal ones
for your eyes only
as the saying goes

Nothing that would offend
scare...anger
make you feel uncomfortable

One kind of syrupy
the other an acrostic
with your name spelled
from start to finish of it
both having been written
a long time ago
