Grandma by Nancy Ames"This love is like a living force
that makes you move along,
like riding on a willing horse
when you were young and strong.
Children`s faces are like flowers,
they`re shining in the sun,
they run for miles and sleep for hours,
eyes fill with tears and twinkling fun.
The past is like a thing apart,
cleaning up another mess,
but what can really break your heart
is this rush of happiness." 03/24/2018
