though it was a happy occasion

even Humane Society storm troopers
must pay their dues

nine months later the answer’d be certain
but ne’er a mention of the rabbit again

a couple having used a home pregnancy test
but the positive result wasn't enough

they had to see if the rabbit would die
and it did

it died a good death
