With warm thoughts of Stalin freezing in Hell
Thanking Heaven for a shattered wall
Last but not least
Withdrawal from Afghanistan

Never in my wildest fantasies
Could I have dreamed this day come true
Bringing me back to distant childhood
In the midst of Cold War
A naive boy scolded by his mother for saying
"Surely they're human too"
