I Paint Myself in Brighter Hues by V. Blakeshe was topless in the
off-white morning light of my
cluttered little bedroom when
she requested toiletries which
didn't smell like men and
it wasn't until later that
i recognized she had not
asked out of vanity but
instead an inclination to
remain unnoticed by her
husband. 11/19/2015 Posted on 11/19/2015 Copyright © 2024 V. Blake

Posted by Rob Littler on 11/19/15 at 05:35 PM I would make her bring her own, or steal them? There is no thinking though when that morning light is casting such shadows. Here's to a better hue, and the clue. |
