Impression 05 by V. Blakegirls don't work the way i think:
an arrowhead for a misconception
that i've learned enough to presuppose.
(you'll ask me about my smile, twice
as though there was a space between.)
when i told you i don't write about people
i wasn't lying, but i'll run out of words
long before i can be relied upon
to draw the right conclusions. 12/31/2014 Posted on 01/01/2015 Copyright © 2024 V. Blake

Posted by Kristina Woodhill on 01/02/15 at 06:40 PM A lot of mystery in this. I really like the bit about your smile and the space between. |
Posted by Quentin S Clingerman on 01/16/15 at 07:36 PM A lot of irony in this I think. Some sarcasm as well maybe. I really almost see you wink as you wrote this! |
