I’m cradled in
What seems to be
Nothing more than
Air puffed marshmallows
And room temperature
Soft served
Chocolate ice cream
Sleep comes to me like this
Sliding down sticky wet slopes
A contradiction to what must
Be a dream

Interesting perspective on sleep. Never heard it described this way. Although the whole piece is great, and works well together with its own special adhesion, I especially like the last 4 lines.
