Ephemeral As A Shooting Star, We Gaze Into The Night

by Tom Goss

stars are falling out of the sky
stars are falling out of the sky

but where do they go?
where do they go?
where do they go?

the evening atmosphere is foolin' my mind
the evening atmosphere is foolin' my mind

but oh what a show!
oh what a show!
oh what a show!

one more kiss under the moon, sweet lips
one last touch under the stars, so clear
one last day here in your arms, my dear

one more star brings us its light, have no fear
for the shimmer of dawn is here...

Hi Tom. I listened to your song, thanks to the link you provided, and it's quite beautiful. The music definitely adds a whole new dimension to the lyrics. Great voice, and the piano sounds like you've had some training?
