Three Water Haiku

by Joe Cramer

the fog slowly lifts
as if an unwanted gift
has been discarded

quietly spiders
decorate the morning's dew
with such spun splendor

bounty of these tides
easygoing beachcombing
scavenging the shore

Very nice, Joe, the second one in particular.

Number one is intriguing, number two is wonderfully alliterative and I especially like it beginning with "quietly", number three is as easy going as the beach combing. A nice trio, Joe.
