Let Not Your Love Go When I am Yet Old

by Joe Cramer

Let not your love go when I am yet old
as our withered held hands are gnarled with age.
More love is yet to be, always so bold
while our sweet love is still in such a rage.
Two loves are we, so true, yet hand in hand,
hearts joined together, never asunder.
As if in some lost Cupid's final plan
from this same spell that we are both under.
Let not your love go far away from me
upon that same day in some far flung time.
Our eyes, still bright with a life yet to see
such a feeling held so true, sublime.
To you my love, I go to at long last,
a love for all time, that never does pass.

I agree with Dawn. Good luck in your search...and finding, Joe.
