A User's Guide to Misanthropy by V. Blakefirst thing's first:
outrun guilt, and you can outrun anything.
walk slow. hands open.
empty threats do to promises
what nickelback does to music.
and trust me when i say
that remorse will ruin revenge ten times out of ten.
it's important to bear this in mind
when you're fucking someone over,
because if you don't convince yourself
that your technique needs work,
the game will eat you alive.
after all,
you'd have to be more clever than you are
to make mistakes that i ain't already made,
and better 'n you could make 'em,
so don't confuse discipline with aptitude
and remember who wrote this fuckin' thing. 02/26/2013 Author's Note: Results may vary.

Posted by Chris Sorrenti on 03/01/13 at 04:02 PM Is that what they call it?!?! I feel Misanthropy on a regular basis, especially when I'm riding buses at rush hour, packed like sardines. With all the rude fellow passangers, it makes me want KILL KILL KILL!!! The only thing that keeps me from following through would be the remorse I'd no doubt feel afterwards. So I guess there's still hope for me yet. MMMWWWAHAHAHA. |
