is it possible
to displace the misery

I really like this, Gail. I'm on a short poem kick...there's just something about getting a power punch into a few words. It's such a rewarding experience for me and a joy to read from others! Nice write. <3

so much to mull here, and I don't know if tilting a periscope will displace the misery, perhaps it will, perhaps it wont, all I know is that the pondering of such has been responsible for this fine ode which in a sense is a displacing of misery of sorts. I think anytime we dip our quills in ink and write we are the lesser so.
