To Be Human by Joan SerratelliMake mistakes
and learn from them
History really repeat itself
I am living proof of that
to be able to reason things out
to be able to laugh
to cry....live
....die
to bleed, to brod, to stew
to be wrong MORE than right
to get angry
to make up
to keep growing
and learning
to want...
with all your heart
to give up
but to go on
o love....
to hate
and understand
that both are words
of passion
to not care
to be indifferent
to hurt
to be hurt
to heal
to be able to say
that you tried
and failed
more than you
had success
to be stressed
to be depressed
to ask for help
to know when you lost
the battle
to not look forward
to NEVER look backward
to NEVER EVER know
what it feels like
to be normal
(is it that overrated?)
I could go on
but why?
Life is....
to be human
too long
