Sleight of Hand by Magnolia Moonpiehey children
watch my eyes
magic finds the feathers,
a bird where no one's sung before—
every color's
silken shadow's
slide through these hands—
not one not two not three
all-
gasp and wonder
watch me closesly
the laughter
never leaves
my lips
and the music
never makes me sigh 12/10/2011 Posted on 12/10/2011 Copyright © 2026 Magnolia Moonpie
