The Last- First Kiss

by Gregory R Schelske

I chased an ebony sunset
and on broken stones
behind a dusty veil
I tasted the sea
and danced upon her lips.

Very rich, and sweet.

Gorgeous visuals.

The contrasts in this piece are outstanding: the sea and the dust, the rocks and the veil, and the motion of chasing and dancing make this piece visually stimulating and tactile. Good read.
