Denial by Clara Mae GregoryCohesive is the denial
that binds the halcyon mask
to the wounded worn face.
Behind its cover,
are bleary eyes
ablaze with emerald.
On the lip's creases
cleave the emulous lies
too hard to swallow. 05/07/2011 Posted on 05/07/2011 Copyright © 2025 Clara Mae Gregory
