Beauty of Grey (Marble Madness) by James Blaylock
Beauty of Grey (Marble Madness)
sadly sitting at the piano
tinkering with the keys,
why not bleed out your sorrows
upon this tunefully kind machine...
blending the white and black into grey,
forming some epic and lush masterpiece,
whilest the words roll off of your tongue
like tiny marbles atop a moving vessel

Posted by Kristina Woodhill on 04/21/11 at 03:29 PM I really like the idea of blending the black and white into grey - a fine way of thinking about music created from this tinkering of keys. I also like the "tunefully kind machine." Thanks for this. |
