Hypersensitivity by Racquel CervantesBe careful where you step.
All these words I speak to you
are true reflections of my own
fragile self.
When you try to fight your
illusion of me
with your words,
it is my soul that you pierce
with pinholes
for I am None other but me.
But who are you,
you who try to hurt with
minced words and snide lies?
You shield yourself with mirrors
and I ache for you.
If I am alone in that I am
removed,
you are alone in that you see
no one but you.
