XXVI - Silent Sureness

by Austin Halling-Rowe

With the silent sureness of each tomorrow,
May you know the constancy of my love,
With the somber strength of a wind-played oak,
I pray you sense the very marrow of my presence;
With all the warmth of August summer suns,
With all the crisp and clarity of a hunters moon,
With all the certainty of the simple Powers of Life,
May you rest with knowing that you are surely loved.
But if one thing I wish concealed,
As if I could drape the un-fettered seas,
That you never know the full aspect and
Dimension of my regard.
For fear that you would flee to know,
You are the utter center of my being!

Some nice imagery going along for the ride. Good stuff, man.
