A Counter Terrorist Plot by Tim D LivingstonThe battle lines are clearly divided.
The culture wars continue to escalate.
The world melting pot is heating to a boiling point
and spilling over.
What will it take?
Tolerance? No. Tolerance has its limits.
Coexist? No. You can't teach it to extremists.
Love? Yes. The worst of evils can change when Love invades.
What is Love really?
Flaky? No. Love always perseveres.
Soft? No. Love must be willing to fall on its own sword.
Violent? Yes. Love is a weapon of mass construction.
A terrorist has it easy.
Hatred is blind. Anyone can pull a trigger
and push the button of a detonator.
Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Consider Love in different terms:
Dangerous, Daring, Aggressive,
Hostile, Offensive, Uncomfortable,
Awkward, Inconvenient, Unsettling,
Angry.
Love is no doormat.
Balance Love always with:
Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding,
Counsel, Fear of the Lord, Compassion,
Power.
Without these Love is impotent.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts,
always hopes, always perseveres.
Cross the divides between picket lines.
Engage the other side.
Embrace the other side.
If it were easy it wouldn't be Love.
