love versus lust

by Morgan D Hafele

her beauty melted my eyes
and my heart exploded from my
chest cavity blowing
chunks of lung and and rib
all over her.
i hope she keeps a piece
to remember me by.

Gut-wrenching piece - the title drills my mind deeper making me think how dangerous those liaisons can be when one is ready for love and the other is there for the momentary rush. Graphic, hard-hitting piece, Morgan. Thanks.

Did you know there's a lust tax on fuel? I didn't realize it until I was filling out a form today with which to enclose a check.Glad my syntax is stamped paid in full!
"the study of the principles and rules for constructing sentences in natural languages. In addition to referring to the discipline, the term syntax is also used to refer directly to the rules and principles that govern the sentence structure of any individual language, as in "the syntax of Modern Irish." Modern research in syntax attempts to describe languages in terms of such rules. Many professionals in this discipline attempt to find general rules that apply to all natural languages. The term syntax is also sometimes used to refer to the rules governing the behavior of mathematical systems, such as logic, artificial formal languages, and computer programming languages."

Nice dream, but since the event, we've all acquired a piece of the erstwhile 'you' from eBay. The prophetess asked me to pass on her commiserations :>

Yeah, seriously... you should have included Ms. Doom and I in your will. (Weak, I know...) Anyway, short, gross and awesome. There are some things I know I can count on you for. ;o)
