Whatever you want. Tah Tah.

by A. Paige White

Cowrite with Sean Rooney

The seasons fled with Harlem disposition
though she typed to the hype of a Dell aware
and savored the scratches on their teeth.
the divided matter has been "hanging fire" since last spring
Raven fields stream with all the vivid lunacy
of a cresting brook breaching the upstream falls.
Harder this, to draw Coptic designs with a pencil tied to a bloody stump
I've tried to actually run away from,
it literally wears me into the pavement
displaced for sweating seawater
unable to hold back the force of black gold
Melt with me in the dawn of evermore
and spread the colours of grand illusion
into the ring around your lips.
Savor blessed reactions and fevered panting
for we'll be hearing until the dust settles from our naked lungs.
Sun-cancer eclipses the night as I finally approach
the insides I've dreamed of for so long,
only to find you hollow and invisible, still
when I look into a reflecting surface
the bugaboos make faces at us
daring the adventurous
to an evermore tourney
of knocking knees and nocking bows
and little bow peep sights
for the wailing....

Additional verses...for the tail of bo peep...

Yeah, Sean, I couldn't resist messing with you about the title... {You said call it whatever you want...:-}

Wow, someone who collabed with Rooney and I can't tell who wrote what. Bravo Paige! Love the title. ;)

there is much to glean from this most excellent collaboration. each sentence delights and peaks one's interest to continue to the next and the next after that toward infinity.
