fire, tumbling small
Orange containers
Eeny,
meeny,
miny,
moe,
Meperidine,
Oxymorphone,
Fentanyl,
Methadone,
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Leaving me with
Only the chalky shades
Of discarded skeletons
Remaining in empty
Cylinders lining
A bed unmade
A life undone
The sting..
Subsiding.
