lace-work of thought by Vikki Owensin the smoke,
i have the most amazing thoughts,
i begin to think about
reality
on the microscopic levels,
the splitting of the earths crust,
beginning with particles of dust,
the tearing of flesh,
between the cells.
i start to connect
the physical junction of thoughts,
synapses and neurons,
chemistry mixed organically,
each new thought is an epiphany,
so brilliant and defined,
then gone with the onslaught of
new thought
upon new thought,
upon new thought. 04/06/2010 Posted on 04/07/2010 Copyright © 2026 Vikki Owens

| Posted by Gabriel Ricard on 04/07/10 at 12:36 PM I love those last few lines. It has such a great faint echo vibe going for them. Great work. |
| Posted by George Hoerner on 04/07/10 at 02:12 PM Good write Vicki. I find almost anything can tweak my mind toward investigation and it seems the deeper one probs the more one realizes how little is really known. |
