east south east, hard on
news flashes by blow by blow
black cat's nose-ful day

...k, i just keep reading this, and that black cat's nose...this puts me there...sorta like the emily ...erson [computer won't spell emily's last name] she succinctly says a field of drems in a few words...i see turmoil [but/yet away from the person] and news casts w/ a blow by blow [wonderful aliteration] and then again, the cat bringing us to safety, warmth, easiness, a poem that is quiet full of good. really nice write.

Reminds me of the old rhyme: "Curiosity killed the cat, but answers brought it back."
