Posted by Michael Smith on 01/28/10 at 01:37 AM This... this is exquisite, George. As I was reading it, I was thinking "This is a great introduction to awakening folks" and "This is a great depiction of the issues that people might face if they drop their crutches" and then I thought "This is awesome, I'd like to see, not only this depiction but what to do after awareness..." and BOOM! I got to your last two stanzas and was still very impressed. I can't say enough about this write, George. Thank you for crafting it for everyone.

George, you know how to write those "words of wisdom" poems better than any I know. This was great and very enjoyable to read. |

Posted by Philip F De Pinto on 03/26/10 at 02:15 PM love. what a snarl, what a trap. yet that is all we yearn for in this snarly world, all that is worth taking the trip for is love, sweet love though it endears itself not to us, still we love and when we stumble on that trip, we would trip forever, but then as with all tripping the tripping must end. Aye, cease forever it seems and leave us with an ache we cannot salve of our own devices, but then there are always endearing, Socratic voices like yours to help, to ease the hurt. |
