a winter's walk

by A. Paige White

The snow line recedes
from tiny footprints, thawing
a winter's walk

Inspired by the new postings on the tadpole forum (I missed the recent activity, as usual) and looking through pictures and video of my oldest grandson playing in the first of three snows we've had this year.

I love the stories the snow tells. Thank you, Paige.

Yep, apparently I missed it too...

Anyway, this is a great haiku, Paige! It feels multi-dimensional to me and is certainly evocative of the moment. Thanks!
