belief in 'the invisible hand' is commonplace; ascribing it an identity is elusive [when not delusional?]
which sun is shining/what are the light & dark sides of this scenario/are the particulars important [to the reader/writer]?
back to the title...incredible/unquantifiable/unrecountable/executed with impunity?
conclusion: the writer is concise in rendering the definition of the term itself oxymoronic -- how cruel is that?
