Friend of the Ankylosaurus

by Timothy Burns

I'll teach speech
to the dinosaurs
of the sage brush.

I'll work out consonants
that they can utter.

I shall create a language
for them, or grunts, clicks
and nasal snorts and sniffs.

And these land, sea and air
dwelling juggernauts will
call me
brother.

Unique idea that tickles the fantasy bone - one wonders what you will talk about.
